Screamcycle

Orange juice, soymilk, mangos, peaches.  Tastes like a creamsicle. High in vitamin C and soymilk adds protein.

 

Trojan Horse

Granola, soymilk, bananas, cherries, Raspberries.  Best “meal” like smoothies.  Good protein source. Good with peanut butter. I love this smoothie.
