Owner and president Andrew Pudalov founded RUSH in 2004 on University Hill in Boulder, Colorado. RUSH experienced amazing success in its first years. As a result, Pudalov expanded his business to include a second location at 4593 N. Broadway in North Boulder in 2007. The second location, much larger than the first, acts as a flagship location. The more spacious North Boulder location offers an expanded menu including: a full espresso bar, wide selection of herbal teas, all natural gelato (which contains half the fat of regular ice cream), all natural ice cream, and of course the smoothies and bowls that have made RUSH famous. It is not only superior products that have made RUSH so successful, but also a superior brand ethic.
